The purpose of the 90 Day Employee Review is to create open dialogue between the supervisor and employee, ensure the employee understands the key result indicators of their job, to address any concerns, and identify any training needs. The 90 Day Performance Review is filled in by completing three sections. There are detailed written questions, scoring systems, and discussion questions in the Review.
